Application Form: Application forms can be obtained from the office of the Registrar, on payment of Rs 2,000/- (Rs two thousand only) for MD/MS courses and Rs 1,000/- (Rs one thousand only) for MBBS and PG Diploma in Clinical Embryology courses by cash or by demand draft.
If the application form is downloaded from the university website a demand draft for the amount drawn in favour of Chettinad Academy of Research and Education payable at Chennai is to be enclosed
