A candidate must have obtained a B.E. / BTech. Degree from an IIT / AICTE approved college/ a university recognized by UGC in the relevant discipline OR
A candidate must have cleared/completed A and B Sections of the Institution of Engineers (India), Calcutta, examination; or I.E.T.E. Graduate Examination conducted by the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, New Delhi, in the relevant branch and must possess at least five years research / professional experience.
