The candidate must have passed the 10+2 i.e. C.B.S.E./I.S.C/Intermediate board examination or its equivalent, after a period of 12 years of study, the last two years of such study, comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English from a recognized Board and must have obtained a minimum of 60% (for SC/ST/OBC candidates 50%) marks
